  • Private holistic yoga

    We offer one to one holistic yoga sessions which is a personalized holistic yoga class tailored to individual needs. Yoga therapy combined with Ayurvedic medicine and herbal medicine, as well as using energy work, crystals and working with the chakra system on an individual basis.

  • Yoga workshops

    Yoga workshops are planned in various locations around Exmoor & the South West. The workshops are always based around a theme, such as Ayurveda, chakras & crystals and the seasons.

  • SUP Yoga

    SUP Yoga is all about balance and this practice can help you identify where you are weak and where you have strength. It also gives you the opportunity to drop into the beginner’s mindset, develop core strength, reduce stress, learn a new skill and allows you to connect to nature.

  • Seasonal Yoga

    Find balance in your yoga practice and your life by connecting with nature and the cycle of the seasons, including seasonal meditation and visualization.
