Leigh has been drawing and painting for over 30 years and has always been inspired by our emotional and sensory connection with the natural landscape and changing seasons.
His paintings capture a fleeting moment in time, looking beyond just the detail in the landscape, expressing his feelings and connection with the natural world.
Leigh paints with traditional oil paints on large box canvas or wooden panels, painting the sides so that no frames are required. Most paintings are textured and will compliment any modern living space.
Leigh has also produced many illustrations for books and greeting cards and welcomes commissions for projects that require more detailed illustrative work.
